Local Collection Information
You are welcome to collect your order from one of our stores. You can choose your preferred store for collection at the checkout.
Important: Please wait for a notification before collecting your order. Your order confirmation and ID is required for pickup. Our store opening hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00.
Mainland UK Delivery Information
Delivery charges are applied to all orders at £7.95 (except for those under any promotions).
We aim to deliver your order on the next business day providing we receive your order before 3pm.
Next business day delivery is dependent upon product availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
It is important you ensure somebody is present at the delivery address to collect your order, or alternatively, please make sure you fill in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ and provide the driver with as many details as possible – for instance you may request to have your box delivered to a neighbour’s house or put in a safe place (shed or porch). The courier will always look for a safe location to leave your parcel should you not leave any delivery instructions and there is nobody to collect the goods.
We deliver to all post-codes throughout England and Wales and a large portion of Scotland, however there are some remote locations to which we cannot provide a delivery service. We cannot deliver to some postcodes.
If you have any specific requests or preferences, please contact us and we will try to accommodate as much as possible.

Order cancellation
We aim to despatch your order as soon as we receive it. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled although please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate as much as possible.
Returns and Refunds policy
For any unopened or undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method for online purchases only. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: all software is not eligible for return, any phones or laptops or tablets that have been signed in with a personal account with any activation locks enabled, any iPad or iPhone screens / digitizers, earphones / headphones for hygiene purposes.
